As a volunteer in a small company like Endstation you get to contribute to day-to-day operations in diverse and meaningful ways.  Of course, all volunteer work is meaningful and all performing arts institutions need and appreciate any help they receive, but Endstation is a very close-knit community of professionals volunteers who are involved in practically every aspect of the process.  You will be able to trace the impact of your work from beginning to end.” - Caitlin Cashin, Endstation Volunteer

Give a little, get a lot.

Come play with us! Endstation Theatre Company has always been equal parts company and community. Only with the generous support of hardworking volunteers have we been able to grow the company exponentially in the past six years. As we move forward, we will continue to rely on your help to bring high quality art to Central Virginia.

What can you do to help? A lot! Whether it’s helping to feed our interns, ushering at a show, or sewing some costumes, there are many ways to get involved that can provide you with an outlet for your skills and talents. We are now taking volunteers in the following areas:

  • Box Office & Ushering (see the show that night for free)
  • Special Events
  • Poster Distribution
  • Costumes
  • Intern Care Packages
  • Educational Programming
  • Set Construction (some experience required)

“Endstation does fantastic work in the community, volunteers get an exceptional opportunity to take part in the creation of a truly unique festival, meeting incredibly talented artists along the way. A+++ would volunteer again.” Wiley Kestner
